This project is converting a charming 19th-century building into a state-of-the-art, energy-efficient "green" building.
A local foods marketplace at the ground & basement levels will offer fresh, healthy, local food. A coffee shop on the ground level will also contribute to the emerging vitality of the neighborhood. Fourteen spacious loft-style apartments and four studio apartments will complete the project.
Transforming this historic building will dramatically benefit the commercial district and surrounding neighborhoods of Buffalo's West Side.
